The business is market leaders within their industry and are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Planning & Reporting Analystto join their established finance team. Essential Traits*Fully or Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA,CIMA,ACA)*Analytical mindset*Investigate and analyse data/anomalies, and also present findings to SMT.*Advanced Excel skills & Intermediate knowledge of other Office products *Strong problem-solving skills*Proven stakeholder management and able to challenge decision makers*Present information in a clear & concise mannerPlanning*Lead, plan and communicate the Budget/Forecast process, across all business units,*Planning, collation, and delivery of UK Budgets*Provision of clear and insightful review to senior stakeholders *Oversee and review of Budget/Forecasting plans and submissions prepared by FP&A members.*Identify opportunities to improve/simplify reporting to enhance decision making*Deliver rolling 5 year Long Range Plans to the Head of FP&A/CFO/CEO *Co-ordinate, review and submit budgets/Forecasts *Deliver insightful presentations for the UK leadership team*Lead the timely budgeting and forecasting process for UK cashflowReporting*Collation, reporting and delivery monthly results ensuring information is accurate.*Oversee, review and submission of all routine reporting.*Provide clear and insightful analysis to internal stakeholders *Complete management reporting packs providing detailed commentary on UK performance*Deliver monthly cashflow analysis & flag risks/opportunities*Identify opportunities to improve internal reporting processes*Ensuring financial controls are monitored and in place *Knowledge of the industry and bigger picture from Operating/monthly reviewsBadenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
