Customer Account ManagerPermanent - Full Time Based in CoventryCompetitive Salary & BenefitsAbout the role:We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer/Contract Account Manager to join a FTSE 250 International company who specialise in components and sub-systems for the Aerospace, Defence and Energy markets. They provide Engine Systems includingFlow Control, Thermal Systems, Composites and Sensors to their Civil and Defence Aerospace customers.Based at their new state of the art Facility in Coventry, you will will deliver world-class service and support to a variety of customer accounts by actively managing score cards, immediately responding to inquiries, collaborating internally to prepare anddeliver quotations, and joining with the planning team to assist with accurate demand forecasts.By utilising the High Performance System, you will serve as the primary interface for a variety of customers, responsible for ensuring the most efficient and positive relationship with customers, while enabling level-loading of production and expeditiousresolution of customer assertions. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders and develop and maintain a solid internal network relevant to the customers they support.The role is an excellent opportunity to utilise your experience in an innovative industry and progress through a successful career where full training and career development opportunities are provided.What do I need to do the roleYou will need to have experience of Account/Contract Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management for a large organisation within a highly regulated industry. Aerospace, Defence or Engineering industry experience is highly desirable.We would also like you to have:
