Senior Business Analyst, Coventry Up to £50k + 10% bonus + Hybrid home/office working + 28 days holidayAs part of an enterprise wide transformation programme, this senior BA role will be working on a central customer record management system. As they implement Salesforce and SuccessFactors (among other technology) on an Azure framework there is a requirementto integrate a bespoke customer record management service. This will be a long term transformation programme (c 3 years) and will require a BA with the experience to manage the long term expectation of a wide variety of stakeholders.This is a busy and fun environment, with massive business improvements being driven by technology. Through Hybrid home working, flexible hours and excellent benefits they also manage to maintain an excellent work/life balance.Ideally you will be experience in implementing new holistic CRM services, linking through to finance, payroll, HR, procurement and benefits services. Obviously this will include data management for the new services. These complex areas will be key to thesuccessful implementation.Essentially this role will lead scoping and business priority setting for large or complex changes, engaging a range of central services senior stakeholders as required.
