Job Description

SALESFORCE DEVELOPER // CRM // SALESFORCE // Coventry / Hybrid // Initial 6 Months // circa £500-600/Day UmbrellaReed Technology are working with a client who require a Salesforce Developer to join their CRM team, working within a small close-knit group of Salesforce specialists lead by the experienced Lead Sales Cloud Developer, Product Owner and other keybusiness stakeholders.You would be responsible for;

  • Supporting, maintaining, building/developing, reporting and constantly improving their instance of Salesforce, utilising skills such as Apex, Visual Force, Lightening Web Components and Soql.
  • Understanding the current set of business priorities within the wider strategic context and deliver critical initiatives on the roadmap
  • Working with 3rd party staff as an SME for some of the more significant and complex change implementations.
  • Contributing to, follow and lead by example on best practice standards and guidelines for Sales Cloud instances
  • Working closely with their partners in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud team to ensure a single view of the customer across multiple products/platforms and support them in delivering campaigns including journeys, data logic, volumes and personalisation.
  • Owning and supporting the Salesforce Connector to ensure reliable data is available for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud team.
  • Liaising with stakeholders on key dependencies such as the data teams who own and operate the Shell Energy data loads into the Salesforce instance
  • Assisting in training of end users and growing capability across the organisation
Skills/experience required;
  • Platform I & II Salesforce certifications or equivalent experience
  • Experience interfacing with APIs and integrating Salesforce with enterprise business systems
