SALES EXECUTIVE - PERMANENT - £21K - £25K BASIC PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION - BASED IN MERIDENThis is an excellent opportunity for somebody to join a well established and growing training provider based in Meriden.Our client is a leading risk management company specialising in health and safety, environmental and quality management. Our client are proven market leaders within the commercial vehicle, logistics and food manufacturing markets and operate nationally.Our client currently offers their clients and prospects 5 different offerings which include: auditing, consulting, outsourcing, training and technology solutions around safety, environmental and quality management.Our client is launching a brand-new training academy in the west midlands. The successful candidate will be focusing on helping grow the revenue of the Academy.The Role:The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:· Identify new prospects to introduce the academy within a 50 mile radius of the offices.· Advise new prospects on the training on offer to them at the training academy and at their sites.· Build and source sales leads database.· Make telesales calls (outbound) to prospects and qualify these using product knowledge.· Visit prospects and prepare quotations for presentation to them.· Manage and develop your new accounts with the aim of becoming a sole supplier.· Meet and exceed sales targets that have been set.· Assist the Managing Director with ensuring the academy social media platforms have constant good quality content being posted (up to 2 per day).· Update the academy website with new content weekly in line with the social media platforms.· Form and nurture strategic relationships with key partnerships.The Person:· Proven experience in sales, customer service or relevant role.· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.· Excellent organisational skills.· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.· Knowledge of MS office and office management software.This is a great company to work for who can offer good career progression to the right individual.
