Job Description

Sales Branch ManagerOur client who are a multi office, independent Estate Agency are looking for an experienced, driven, and successful Branch Manager to open their new office in the City Centre of Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing andleading a sales team to deliver a fantastic journey and customer service for their vendors and purchasers, while ensuring that branch goals are met.The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of work experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Manager wanting to take the next step in their career.Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to reach branch objectives.
  • Set and monitor sales goals and objectives, as well as performance metrics.
  • Maintain branch profitability by controlling costs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyse sales data and report on sales performance.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to sales personnel to help them reach their goals.
  • Solve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer relationships and build customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of work experience in sales management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good analytical and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of Office and other software.
