We have an exciting opportunity available for a Sales Associate - Radiation Protection to join our team. We are currently searching for a Sales Associate - Radiation Protection to join our rapidly growing Medical Device Distribution business. As the Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating effectivelywith customers and ensuring a smooth sales process though our Remote Procurement Platform. This position will initially cover our customers in the Midlands.Responsibilities of ourSales Associate - Radiation Protection:

• As the Sales Associate you will be responsible for driving continued growth across our Xenolite and Kenex portfolio through both outbound and inbound customer calls
• You will be required to become a subject expert in the area of Clinical Radiation Protection and be able to communicate this effectively with customers
• You will be required to work closely with the APC Cardiovascular marketing department to ensure the Xenolite purchasing process is as efficient as possible for our customers
• As the Sales Associate you will be responsible for building business relationships with prospects and customers through all social channels
• You will be expected to work closely with the Business Manager to provide accurate forecasting and develop ongoing sales strategy.Cross divisional selling is key and working closely with the other business units within your region is expected
• Adhering to deadlines and completing tasks are also key to success in this role, so a methodical work ethic along with the drive for sales is the perfect combination

What were looking for in ourSales Associate - Radiation Protection:

• Relevant degree in a Scientific subject such as; Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Medical Engineering
• An alignment with our values & behaviours - honesty, intelligence & resourcefulness, passion & resilience, fun & humour, empathy & humility and a moral compass
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - especially phone and cold calling skills
• Strong numerical/financial skills
