Sales Administrator / Customer Service (CRM / SAP)Coventry£26,000 - £31,000 + Progression + Training + Generous Bonus + Generous Pension + Company Benefits Are you from a Customer Services background or similar with an understanding of CRM / SAP looking to work for in a small close-knit team known for their great working environment and progression pathway within a multi-national Engineering Specialist award winningfor their training and progressionThis is an exciting opportunity for somebody from a customer service background to improve processes and pioneer change within a market leading Engineering specialist.You will be responsible provide the first line of support to customers. This is a varied role with a mixture of sales support, customer queries and handling product returns.This company are market leaders in specialist Pipework projects and are well known for the training, progression and bonuses they offer. The business is continuing to grow at a rapid pace meaning it is a great time to join.This is an exciting opportunity for somebody from a customer service background to join a global powerhouse In specialist piping projects.The Person:

  • Customer Service / Administration background or similar
  • Experience with SAP / CRM or similar
  • Communication and customer facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
