We are working with this highly regarded regional practice in their recruitment for a residential conveyancing legal secretary to join their reputable residential conveyancing team based in Coventry.You will be assisting a busy residential property team on the day to day running of the residential conveyancing files. Duties will include, but not limited to, preparations of standard letters and documents, preparing bills and completion statements, dictation, diary management, dealing with post completion tasks including Land Registry portal.Salary and benefits are competitive.
