A new opportunity has arisen for a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to join the Estates Team due to continued growth within the MMCG team.Who we are:We are a forward-thinking and colleague-centred care home provider with over 80 sites across the UK. The fact that we truly live and breathe our company values is what makes us really great, and our colleague’s careers are at the heart of everything we do!The role:As Regional Maintenance Supervisor you will support the Estates Director in overseeing the maintenance planning, scheduling and delivery for all homes within your given region, driving the Maintenance Person in each home to keep the quality high.Your responsibilities will include:• Support maintenance operatives in planning and scheduling weekly maintenance checks.• Support the Estates Director in the supervision and performance management of contractors during installations, repairs or maintenance including project works.• Contribute to the development of maintenance function and budget and ensure compliance across the region.• Participate in coordination of projects.• Support in the maintenance of the asset management database.• Support maintenance operatives with any technical reactive maintenance queries and assist in carrying our repairs where required.• First line support for reactive maintenance operatives within the region.• Support in the development and maintenance of Estates Management Systems.• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.What we are looking for:The ideal candidate will be an experienced maintenance person, ideally within the care home environment, with experience of managing third party suppliers and contractors along with experience of managing risk assessments and H&S audits.
