We are currently recruiting an experienced Recruitment Administrator to work as part of a team to provide professional and efficient first point of contact people service within the People Customer Service Centre at Coventry University. As a Recruitment Administrator, your main responsibilities will be: *Provide a first response service to clients and employees requiring HR or Recruitment advice via telephone, in person or e-mail *Implement and maintain systems, processes and procedures that support high standards of customer service in the delivery of transactional people processes in line with service level *Provide a full range of recruitment administration services and support staff colleagues *Assist with preparing and delivering training courses to support the University Recruitment processes *Ensure that agreed Group policies and procedures in respect of Recruitment are followed and compliance with employment legislation, both nationally and internationally *Liaison with the Universitys Group appointed Advertising agent, and other providers as appropriate, to ensure the best value media options are selected for advertising vacancies *Process the recording of absence data and hourly paid employees time sheet notifications *Maintain information databases, including filing into personnel flies and housekeeping of documentation as well as archive storage *Administer the employment cycle processes including the input of data/information onto the HR systems and preparing amendments to contracts and processing leaver information Skills and experience required for the role: *Previous or current administration experience *Experience of using Microsoft Office *Organisation skills *Time-management skills *Excellent communication skills both oral, written and digital *Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders *Team player *Good customer service *Able to work to deadlines Hours/Pay Rate: 22.5 hours a week across Monday to Friday
