My Client, a Coventry based Mechanical Contractor are looking for a Quantity Surveyor.They work nationwide and their projects mainly consist of Low Carbon Energy Centers, Plant Rooms and Heat Pump Solutions for Commercial / Industrial projectsResponsibilities include: Provide support to Project Managers on commercial and contractual issues Attend site meetings including client progress meetings, main contractor meetings, design meetings etc Ensuring all project works are carried out to full commercial compliance & quality standards and budget and cost control procedures are completed Deliver budgets and proposals for the client ensuring value for the client Manage final account phase of worksSkills & Experience: Ideallyeducated to at least degree level and hold a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying Experience operating within the commercial environment in the building industry Mechanical technical expertisePlease apply by calling Peter Hegerty @ NCS on or email your CV
