They pride themselves on excellent staff retention and their superior builds. Due to demand, our Client is looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Quantity Surveyor working on various developmentsbased in the South Midlands.The RoleReporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the financial control of the contracts that you are allocated from inception to completion and will run multiple projects concurrently.Duties to include but not limited to:Produce accurate information for Contribution Forecasts and Monthly Cost/Value ReportsEfficiently report on Site Progress and ensure correct procedures are implemented for Extension of Time applications and recovery of Loss and ExpenseMaximise profitability and cash benefit for the CompanyControl and administer sub-Contract accountsRe-measure of all Site worksLiaise with Contract Management on Cost Control and all financial matters relating to the ContractEnsure Architects Instructions and Variations are obtained and properly valuedProgress settlement of Final AccountsEfficiently procure sub-contractorsWhat you needYou must have an HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or equivalentYou must have a minimum of 5 years experience with a housebuilder as a Quantity SurveyorBenefitsA competitive salary of between 45-55k plus benefits package25 days holiday (+ statutory holidays)Private healthcare & pension.If you are interested in this Quantity Surveyor position, please forward your CV to
