Reed Accountancy are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Assistant for our client based near the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.This role is permanent, part time and working Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pmsome flexibility on start / finish times. Paid overtime as & when requiredmainly to cover other co-workers annual leave 4 to 5 times per year.Main Responsibilities: Sales Ledgerraising sales invoices, purchase order numbers and query resolution Purchase LedgerMatching, batching processing. BAC payments. Query resolution. Statement Reconciliations Client credit checks General AdministrationThis is anall-rounder role whereby you will be responsible for all transactional processingend to end. In addition, you will be required to liaise with their clients building relationships, query resolution and ability to work independently with minimumsupervision.This is a social role and as such you will enjoy delivering excellent client care to their customers, have the ability to trouble shoot and action any anomalies.
