Job Description

Our belief in people and what they can achieve.Your role at Orbit.We are looking for an Analyst within our Service Charge team. This role will be to work on a project to analyse renewals and sinking fund information held across our business to develop effective long-term maintenance programmes. We are seeking an individual with advanced skills in Excel, be able to write and understand formula, Macro and VBA coding.This role will involve the review and interpretation of multiple sources of data and working within the team and wider business to ensure information is accurate and communicated out effectively.What will help you make a difference.

  • Advanced user in excel, to include writing and understanding formula
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good general standard of education, in particular a good level of numeracy.
  • IT skills including use of word and excel and experience of data entry and databases.
  • Planning and organisational skills.
  • Macro/VBA coding
