We are pleased to assist our valued client based in Coventry with an opportunity for a Production Engineer. In this role as the sole Production Engineer in the company, you will work closely with Development and Operations teams performing essential dailyand weekly tasks as well as a variety of other projects.The successful Production Engineer will manage the transition of new products from R&D to manufacturing and supply as well as the assembly process and tooling for any new and existing products. You will also be responsible for reviewing and updating BOMS, liaisingwith contract suppliers, producing documentation for all products, and other related duties.The ideal Production Engineer will:* Have qualifications and experience in Mechanical or electronics engineering and manufacturing* Understand lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5s, 6 sigma, 8d qualifications* Be able to work individually or in a small team, within a small company environmentThis full-time permanent role will be office-based in Coventry, 9-5pm Monday to Friday.
