Liaison between Development and Operations for new products Managing the transition of new products from R&D into manufacturing or supply (finished product) Assembly process for new and existing products Tooling for new products and maintenance of tooling Liaising with contract suppliers for new products Management and control of build data including BOMS from ECN releases Design and layout of production build areas First Article inspection and quality control Supporting new supplier selection and quality Documentation for all products - including manuals, assembly instructions and QA checks for existing and new products Involvement in any product issues from a manufacturing point of view Control of the in-house non-conformance procedure for delivered/built goods Review and updating existing BOMS to reflect changes within the company product range Establishing a process of recording software revisions in hardware builds - build configuration management Opportunity for career development in quality and compliance
