Job Description

The RoleCustomer 360 Product OwnerAre you an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in the manufacturing looking to join an exceptional digital teamDue to exciting growth plans within Saint Gobain Digital we are looking for a Product Manager to join a newly created team to own the Customer 360 strategy across our manufacturing brands.In this role you will be reporting to the Director of IT and Digital (Manufacturing) and manage a team of three Product Analysts. This is a newly created team where you will be the go-to person between the technology and the business for all customer specificdigital tools.This a home based role where you will have the opportunity to go out and meet senior stakeholders from our fantastic brands (including British Gypsum, Artex and Isover). Due to location of our manufacturing facilities someone based in the Midlands wouldbe ideally located.What were looking for: Were looking for a Product Manager with strong experience within a manufacturing background who enjoys engaging with senior stakeholder and leading transformation.Essential requirements

  • Experience within a similar role in the manufacturing industry would be essential for this role
  • Experience using Salesforce (in particular Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud)
  • Relevant degree or degree calibre through experience
  • Product ownership and lean product development in the agile context
  • Prior experience of delivering digital product in a large multi-channel business
  • Scrum Alliance certification or Scaled Agile certification advantageous
What you will be doing:As Product Owner you will be responsible for owning the Customer 360 strategy. Youll be a credible player in the digital team engaging with multiple senior stakeholders across the brands to identify opportunities, problems, current strengths and weakness,and strategic priorities.Core responsibilities may include:
  • Create a product vision clearly showing the customer and business value, gaining buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap to describe how a product is likely to grow, to align the stakeholders, and to acquire a budget for developing the product.
  • Align roadmaps and backlog items within the wider business transformation in order to create great customer and colleague experiences.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of digital trends and applications as well as keeping abreast of markets trends relevant to Saint-Gobain in the UK.
