DescriptionProduct ManagerCore Services: SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, M365LocationRemote working (with travel to Coventry as the business requires)Competitive Salary, Bonus, car allowance, a generous pension scheme, plus a range of company benefitsThe Important BitAs a Product Manager, you will be accountable for developing and agreeing the product vision and roadmap for Cadents Core Support Services.   • Be accountable for delivering value from Cadents IT Products, creating and implementing the product roadmaps in line with Cadent technology strategy
  • Be accountable for creating and maintaining a fundamental understanding of the end-to-end process that the relevant products underpin and the business goals, drivers and objectives that are driving such processes
  • Be accountable for eliciting and understanding business needs and the changes required to the assigned products within the role holders portfolio to address such needs, ensuring that products remain fit for purpose and add value
  • Be accountable for the product roadmap strategies and their evolution, developing the scope and defining backlog items (epic/ features/ user stories) that guide the build activities
  • Be accountable for ensuring business sponsorship and agreement for the prioritisation, with senior stakeholders. Work collaboratively with other Product Managers and architects to create an integrated prioritisation of backlog items across all Cadent productlines ensuring a consistent, compatible and value driven delivery plan.
  • Be accountable for ensuring a robust and prioritised backlog of items to guide the work of the Agile Software Development teams and third-party vendors
  • Be accountable for agreeing and managing expectations with Service Owners and owning the interface within Business Units and IS, acting as a voice of the customer with an appreciation of the technological constraints, strategic direction, capability andcapacity of IS, taking a whole organisation view when agreeing to deliverables.
  • Be able to challenge and hold Service Owners to account for decisions impacting risk and benefits
  • Collaborate with all parties / stakeholders during the visioning, strategy and conceptualdevelopment of a product, working with agile iterative and incremental methods and approaches
  • Be accountable for the created product(s) delivering to the agreed outcomes and outputs
  • Be accountable for assessing value, developing cases (value and business), and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Act as an evangelist for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the products

  • Demonstrable experience as a user focused Senior Product Manager/Product Owner
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • Experienced in product roadmap development and concepts such as minimum viable products, iterative and incremental approaches to delivery<
