About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity within the Product Performance team for a Product Manager. Youll be leading a team to help achieve the Societys objectives, in this fast-paced and ever-changing competitive environment, influencing the ongoing success of theSociety.Youll be responsible for delivering all mortgage product launches/closures, communicating the changes both internally and externally, while ensuring all agreed products/product changes are launched accurately, within the agreed timescales and done so in accordancewith the necessary governance.Youll also be responsible for the ongoing monitoring of competitors products/rates/propositions, ensuring the information is disseminated around the Product team (and wider teams where appropriate) in a timely and concise manner, linking this to CBS ownproposition and performance.Furthermore, youll be responsible for conducting thematic reviews throughout the year, liaising with appropriate stakeholders and composing well thought through papers to be presented at the relevant committee / group. About YouYoull be a confident individual with excellent communication skills, able to deliver simple but engaging communications both verbally and written, in order to gain buy-in to proposals. Your ability to create a strong network of colleagues across the organisationis imperative in order to ensure you have a complete picture.You must be able to make decisions and work to tight deadlines due to the fast-paced nature of the markets we operate in.A proven ability to interpret all data available, whether qualitative or quantitative is important as is challenging data and pre-conceived ideas/processes.The closing date for applicationsis 10th May 2022
