Job Description

Do you love new challenges Are you excited about new technology experimentation Are you looking for a new challenge that stretches your talents Then this could be the role for you.As a Principal Software Engineer you will be responsible for requirements, coding and working toward a high standard deliverable and ensuring production readiness and scheduling the releases.Main duties and responsibilities are:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, evolve, develop and deliver enterprise quality applications;

  • Conduct proofs-of-concept and develop prototypes;
  • Envisions new technical capabilities and common application components;
  • Demonstrate an ability to constantly look for ongoing technological improvements.
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing Applications
  • Maintaining high quality coding standards and documentation
  • Contribute to the integration and technology strategy.
  • Propose and scope system technology migrations.
  • Documenting and updating User Stories based on requirements
  • Providing handover of system documentation and materials to service desk, systems teams and other stack holder on release cycles.
  • Release and maintain Dev Ops Repos.
  • Liaising with Other infrastructure team to maintain the On-Prem Servers and Application environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Web Development using some of the following: Angular, React, Blazor, Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, CSS;
  • Understanding of existing and emerging web standards such as HTML5 and Mobile;
  • Experience in utilizing Azure Services such as Enterprise App Registration and Azure App Services.
  • Experience in using DevExpress components.
  • Strong stakeholder and people management skills to engage in projects of various sizes;
  • Experience in developing solutions using common, modern design patterns;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to be self-directed and work independently and as part of a team;
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Willingness to be extremely flexible on the technology platforms used or projects assigned;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET Technology Stack, WebApi, .netCore ;
  • Knowledge of scripting tools on multiple platforms would be a plus;
  • Knowledge on Messaging ques such as RabbitMQ or similar;
  • Good working knowledge with Azure Dev-Ops, Git;
  • Extremely Passionate about Technology;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
