Power BI Analyst/ Power BI Developer, Business Intelligence, DAX - Mainly Remote- 1 day in the officeFantastic opportunity to join a growing company who have heavily invested in Power BI. You will be working with the Azure BI platform, assist the business in the production of Power BI reports & dashboards, gathering of business BI requirements and upskilling the business self-service reporting capability. Interact with stakeholders of all levelsto achieve the best possible final output through excellent communication and efficient testing processes.Skills Required* Strong competence in Power BI report creation and analysis, including testing proposed BI releases.* Can create metrics and data sets using DAX.* Able to create simple data models in Power BI.* Can establish good relationships with key business stakeholders to capture their requirements as concise* and deliverable user stories.* Demonstrable experience in providing user-friendly documentation.Desirable:Knowledge of data programming languages such as SQL (T-SQL, Spark SQL) and Python/PySpark.Background in working with Azure data platforms (Azure SQL, Azure Analysis Services, Databricks)Creation and upkeep of Power BI report suites for a maturing data warehouse and lake reporting architecture, including imports using DAX queries.Building and modelling gold-tier Power BI datasets for self-service.Technical testing of proposed sprint releases by the BI development team.Identifying Excel data silos within the organisation and gathering requirements to have the data productionisedPower BI Analyst/ Power BI Developer Business Intelligence - Mainly RemoteTalent Today are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this position
