Job Description

In a bid to provide continuity of care to our residents during these unprecedented times and beyond we are looking to recruit Experienced & Qualified Care Staff (min Level 2 NVQ or QCF qualification) to join a well-established Care Team as a Relief Personal Support Assistant at Earlsdon Park Village in Coventry.We are looking for naturally caring, self-starters with in-depth care knowledge and the required skill set to hit the ground running using your ability to deliver care and support to our residents and enhancing their quality of life through our care service whilst promoting their independency & privacy.This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established care team. Joining us on a Relief basis you will have the ideal opportunity to showcase your skill set and abilities that could lead to a long-term career within The Extracare Charitable Trust if you so wish. It is also a great flexible position that will allow you to work around your existing commitments whilst being introduced to our organisation and our Core Values.Working as part of a team you will be supporting our residents with all aspects of their day to day living including social & physical activities, personal care, mobility & mealtimes.As a Personal Support Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks.
