Job Title: People Change ManagerLocation: Gaydon Warwickshire Rate: £325.00 per day via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £239.88 per day PAYEEmployment Type: Contract - intially - (31.3.23)Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per WeekDescription:We are looking forward to hire a People Change Implementation Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the leading edge of the HR transformation strategy as a leading agent of change. In the OD and Change team, we make change happen to create betterexperiences for our people.We are a group of internal practitioners deployed to support transformational activities by providing best practice change and portfolio management. As a member of the organisation effectiveness chapter (team), the candidate will be deployed to support HRquarterly business and to review top priorities.The company is looking for an individual with a customer first mindset who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable. • People Change Management experience.
• Organisation design experience.
• Stakeholder Holder Management.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience of working in similar role on organisation capability projects.
• Previous project and Change Management experience using Project Management techniques e.g. project planning, benefit realisation approach, business readiness criteria, change impact assessments, training needs analysis, etc.
• Analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base.
• Understanding and application of change management models and theory.
• High level of event or workshop facilitation experience.
• Communication and engagement planning and execution (story boards, event planning, 2-way feedback, etc.).
• Commercially minded with an ability to understand the business function that this role supports.
• Ability to quickly build trust and influence all levels of stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously with self-direction, based on programme needs.
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience Preferred:

• Professional Change Management qualification (ie. APMG or Prosci).
• Experience working in agile ways.
