Job Description

Job Title: People Change ManagerLocation: Gaydon Warwickshire Rate: £325.00 per day via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £239.88 per day PAYEEmployment Type: Contract - intially - (31.3.23)Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per WeekDescription:We are looking forward to hire a People Change Implementation Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the leading edge of the HR transformation strategy as a leading agent of change. In the OD and Change team, we make change happen to create betterexperiences for our people.We are a group of internal practitioners deployed to support transformational activities by providing best practice change and portfolio management. As a member of the organisation effectiveness chapter (team), the candidate will be deployed to support HRquarterly business and to review top priorities.The company is looking for an individual with a customer first mindset who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable. An individual, who works independently,is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment. An individual with the capability to combine a short term, pragmatic focus with medium term planning.A resilient and enthusiastic candidate who responds constructively to new ideas and inputs.The candidate should be a good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas. An effective team player, who can actively develops and supports team members. An individual who can work in a fast changing, sometimes ambiguous environment, withthe ability to identify where to add the most value to both the business and colleague experience. An individual with the ability to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style.Skills Required:

  • People Change Management experience.
  • Organisation design experience.
  • Stakeholder Holder Management.
Experience Required:
  • Previous experience of working in similar role on organisation capability projects.
  • Previous project and Change Management experience using Project Management techniques e.g. project planning, benefit realisation approach, business readiness criteria, change impact assessments, training needs analysis, etc.
  • Analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base.
  • Understanding and application of change management models and theory.
  • High level of event or workshop facilitation experience.
  • Communication and engagement planning and execution (story boards, event planning, 2-way feedback, etc.).
  • Commercially minded with an ability to understand the business function that this role supports.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and influence all levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously with self-direction, based on programme needs.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience Preferred:
  • Professional Change Management qualification (ie. APMG or Prosci).
  • Experience working in agile ways.
