In the OD and Change team, we make change happen to create betterexperiences for our people.We are a group of internal practitioners deployed to support transformational activities by providing best practice change and portfolio management. As a member of the organisation effectiveness chapter (team), the candidate will be deployed to support HRquarterly business and to review top priorities.The company is looking for an individual with a customer first mindset who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable.
