Working on behalf of our client based near to the City Centre of Coventry, with free onsite car parking, is seeking an Experienced Payroll/Bookkeeping Assistant.This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who wants to grow with a long-standing Accountancy Practice that values their staff and working within a friendly team. Ideally looking for someone who has experience in Sageline 50 and Sage Payroll, the role is to work in the Management Services Team.The role will support a thriving, expanding, client base and can include assisting in the preparation of VAT returns and processing weekly and monthly payroll as well as assisting with Auto-enrolment.Liaising with clients and dealing with day to day queries will be key, so somebody who excellent communication skills that is client focused with good time-management skills in order to meet the payroll and VAT deadlines.Currently operating a flexible working pattern, but this full-time permanent position will require 37 ½ hours to be worked each week.
