Job Description

Pertemps are looking for Paint Sprayers to join a well established manufacturing company based in Coventry, this is a permanent role for the right candidates with immediate starts.Duties to include:1 - To spray paint industrial products in accordance with the Companys standards. The task demands a right first-time manner to maintain the Companys high-quality standards within a fast-moving production environment. The role will involve the use of airassisted air less paint spraying systems.2 - Prioritise health & safety, ensuring you always comply with all health and safety regulations.3 - Adhere to the environmental policies and legal duties, specifically control of emissions, management of solvents and the recycling of waste.4 - Minimise the waste of raw materials and maintain a clean and tidy work area.5 - Work in accordance with Company operating procedures and guidelines.6 - Wear and always maintain your respiratory and personal protective equipment.7 - Read and assess production information for required specification details.8 - Prepare, including masking, and apply paint to a range of fabricated metal products to a high standard.9 - Maintain area, completing regular PM activities and filter changes in line with company recommendation.10 - Rework and touch up where applicableQualifications required:1 - Possesses industrial paint spraying experience (industrial products including marine, hydraulics, construction).2 - Experience in self-preparing and manual loading.3 - Experience in working with marine grade paint.Essential Skills:1 - Proficient in masking and preparation.2 - Conversant in the use of paint products.3 - Confident in mixing paints.4 - Highly proficient in the use of paint spraying equipment.Hours are Monday to Friday 07.30-16.30 (12.30 finish on Friday)Salary up to £15th dependent on experience
