I am currently recruiting for a large housing association who require a Operations Coordinator(administrator planned works)Location-CoventrySalary- 15/16Ph Depending on experienceTemp for 12weeks, will lead to permanent role for right candidate.Main Duties,We are looking for an Operations Co-Ordinator to join our Maintenance Operations Directorate within the Programmed Works team. The role is based in CoventryIn this role you will support the planning and delivery of programmed works (new kitchen and bathrooms, fascia and soffits and decoration) to a high level of customer satisfaction and quality. This will involve supporting the key processes and tasks requiredto deliver work programmes effectively including:• assisting in the formulation of project plans and ensuring they are kept up to date• raising works orders or purchase orders to sub-contractors and suppliers• preparing, collating and validating site paperwork• ensuring that all documentation, certification and records relating to works are maintained accurately and appropriately.• ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, legislation and regulations• being the key point of customer contact for the workstream(s) to which you are assigned• taking a lead in the maintenance of customer satisfaction targetif interested and want to discuss more details please contact, or send an up to date CV to
