Job Description

Neighbourhood Services AssistantSalary: £21,231 - £24,659 per annumLocation: CoventryBasis: Full TimeType: PermanentHours: 37 hoursWork pattern: Monday to FridayThe VacancyAs our clients Neighbourhood Services Assistant you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, learning about housing management services and all its challenges along the way. Delivering excellent customer services is the heart of their business and youwill be expected to deliver excellent services to their customers and work to support the Neighbourhood Officer Teams to achieve business targets and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.If you have experience in housing or customer service in the social housing sector and the passion to make a difference, they would love to hear from you.The role is part of the Neighbourhood Services Team in Coventry with flexibility for working from home/other locations where appropriate.You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Neighbourhood Services Team:

  • Respond to a range of customer enquiries and tasks generated by the Customer Service Centre and Neighbourhoods Team efficiently, positively, and politely in accordance with their service standards and values.
  • Manage conflicting priorities, organising your workload to meet agreed deadlines and through your work identify efficiencies which can benefit customers and the organisation.
  • Manage small projects to support the work of the Neighbourhoods Team.
To succeed in the role, you will need to be IT Literate with the ability to record data in a methodical and accurate manner.
