• £31,991 to £37,158 per annum

Were looking for a confident, customer focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our team in the North region; this is a front facing role based in Coventry, conducting home and estate visits on a daily basis.Youll be responsible for supporting Clarion to embed its vision to provide safe, secure and attractive neighbourhoods with vibrant, diverse and stable communities where people want to live………If you are excited by the opportunity to deliver our core values..... Open, Respect, Evolve, Success, Responsible.....Then read on…….What youll be doingWorking collaboratively with other teams, external agencies and residents, youll ensure that Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean and safe, whilst delivering a programme of regular estate inspections, identifying improvements. Well look to you develop anddeliver neighbourhood plans and local offers as well as working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities and events. Youll also be responsible for customer visits including sign ups, welfare checks, and investigations ofASB and breaches of tenancy and estate management.What youll needWere looking for a confident and resilient individual with a positive mind set. With sound experience in customer service, youll enjoy working with people in the community. Youll be able to develop effective working relationships across Clarion and externalagencies, within and across the team and also be confident working alone. Youll have experience of working to plans and targets and have the ability to exercise good judgement whilst being proactive and creative in finding solutions.Although the role has responsibility for managing an area, extensive travel across the region is required from time to time to cover others as part of the East Midlands Team which includes Milton Keynes, Rugby and Oxfordshire.What youll get in returnKnowing that youre making a difference to our residents lives is rewarding, but our roles offer much more than that.
