Job Description

Our busy Lending telephone department are looking for chatty, professional people to join us as a Mortgage Support Advisor. We’re here to help and support our intermediary customers who are going through the mortgage process with us.It’s a fast paced, telephone based,supportive environment who have built up an excellent reputation in the mortgage broker marketplace and are known for their friendly and effective service.In the role you’ll be working with our mortgage intermediary partners (mortgage brokers, mortgage advisory and financial advisers),providing them an exceptional telephone service to support to them, once they’ve submitted a mortgage application. You’ll provideupdates of information and respond to their queries from mortgage application to completion. This will include updates on cases, providing lending policy expertise, relationship management and outside of policy assistance.You’ll liaise and work closely with all our mortgage teams to ensure we provide clear and correct information to our customers. You’ll enjoy learning so keeping up to date with product and policy changes will be key. Achieving quality standards will also beimportant but we don’t have sales targets to achieve.In return there are many opportunities to develop your career or gain new knowledge and experience.
