An innovative and ambitious team, we look to lead the way inthe UK when it comes to integrating social investment into the housing sector.We have a vacancy working within our Thriving Communities team for a Monitoring and Impact Co-ordinator. The Thriving Communities team plays a key role at Orbit, funding and managing a range of projects including those relating to mental health, digitalskills, employment, and financial inclusion.The Monitoring and Impact Coordinator role will see you providing coordination of Orbits monitoring and impact, ensuring compliance with contract delivery across the Fund, supporting new partners in monitoring and impact reporting and collating all informationto enable easy utilisation of data and cases studies for Board reporting, external reporting and PR.You will also work across the Thriving Communities team, providing support on what works across programmes, research and best practice from partners and sectors. This includes analysis on effectiveness of our Better Days programme.What will help you make a difference.You will be working with a very motivated and driven team in a varied and fast paced working environment, so youll need to have the confidence to work on your own initiative and work to deadlines. You will also be supporting future Thriving Communitiesdecisions by preparing data to help with future bids, meaning youll need excellent analytical and Excel skills.
