Job Description

Memcom Recruitment has been tasked with finding an energetic Membership Executive for a membership association based in Canley, Coventry. This is a full-time and permanent hybrid role (working in the office 3 days a week).The association is experiencing an exciting period of membership growth. The Membership Executive role requires good organisational and workload planning skills, a good telephone manner and administrative skills.

  • You will assist in the organisation and arrangement of quarterly board meetings, prepare and circulate agenda and papers for the meetings, taking minutes and following up on the agreed actions.
  • You will support the Events Manager with the organisation of conferences, and duties such as collating attendee lists, preparing packs, speaker presentationsetc.
  • Manage the associations data in the CRM system, sending out renewal letters, invoicing, updating database when members have paid.
  • Ensuring that current membership grades are right and administering the membership upgrade process
  • Dealing with new membership enquiries, processing new applications
  • You will be using a variety of software packages, producing correspondence, documents and maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
