A Mechanical Project Manager is required on a permanent basis to deliver a number of commercial mechanical projects.The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for the ongoing management, completion and delivery of HVAC projects to include (not limited to) air conditioning, heat pumps & chillers.The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for site supervision, management of sub-contractors, and attendance of progress meetings with the client & provision of progress reports as well as monitoring quality control & defects tracking.Please NoteCandidate RequirementsMechanical Building Services engineering qualifications/further training commensurate to the position of an experienced Mechanical Project Manager.Ideal Further Training will include: CSCS Card, SMSTS / SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness & IOSH/NEBOSHDriving License.Please apply by calling Peter Hegerty @ NCS on or email your CV
