Job Description

The post holder is responsible for developing and delivering the marketing communications strategy for a broad student engagement and enrichment portfolio that aims to enhance the student experience and promote inclusivity for the Groups varied and vibrantglobal student community.Client DetailsMy client is a global education group with a mission of "Creating Better Futures".   • Develop and implement the marketing communications strategy to support student engagement initiatives and services, engaging relevant stakeholders to ensure comms are streamlined and joined-up.
  • Create and iterate personas of key audiences and develop cross channel on and offline campaigns.
  • Working with colleagues from across marketing create engaging marketing content and print and digital assets to enhance community building, student engagement and inclusion.
  • Gather and analyse data on campaign KPIs advising on /responding to trends and devising strategies to maximise impact.
  • Enhance the user experience on the student portal, and other systems, ensuring information is accessible at source or through master systems to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Enhancing our engagement and two-way communication with the student community, ensuring student voice feeds into the work of marketing e.g. via focus groups, student liaison groups.
  • Undertake and coordinate market research and competitor analysis and make recommendations for further developments of the enrichment offer.
Profile
  • Experience of working in a relevant marketing position with proven ability to develop a significant return on investment using digitally-led
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and subsequent operational plans including multi-channel campaigns and multi-level communications
  • Strong campaign and event management skills - able to demonstrate delivery of effective and targeted campaigns in the digital
  • Experience of influencing key stakeholders and performing ambassadorial functions at senior
