Job Description

Job role: Marketing ExecutiveSalary: £25,000Job Type: PermanentHours of work: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00Location: Allesley, CoventryAre you looking for an exciting role Do you have a passion for Marketing and building customer relationships Are you looking to work in a small team where you can really make a difference Then Office Angels may have the perfect role for you! Office Angels are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our client based in Allesley. Supporting a small family run business, you will be responsible for all outgoing marketing, and supporting with the sales of the business.Working in a newly converted barn, the offices are modern and open plan, you will work with the team to drive the business moving forward.The key responsibilities of a Marketing Executive:

  • Manage all new customer acquisitions
  • Conduct welcoming and informative showroom tours
  • Create Mailchimp campaigns to assist new product launches and company updates/developments
  • Copy writing for online and offline media, including ads in national newspapers
  • Manage in house shows and organise external exhibitions/trade fairs
  • Manage and update website
  • Provide product support for new and existing customers as well as end users
  • Drive sales, ensuring business growth and profitability
  • Sales order processing and delivery scheduling
  • Day to day CRM Management
  • Develop customer sales journey and experience
  • Develop sales literature/POS collateral
  • Liaise with graphic designers and print houses
The successful Marketing Executive will posses the following skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Experience in Mail Chimp and Sage would be beneficial
  • Willing to work independently and as part of a team
  • Very good organisation skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload
