Marketing Communications Lead - A very, very nice Marketing role in a very very nice organisation!   • This role, simply is very Marketing Communications focussed - internal and external comms.
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Working with their partners and supporting them from a Marketing perspective
  • Ideally the client would like someone with experience in PR but not a deal breaker
  • It would be ideal if the candidate had any sort of engineering or technical exposure either customer base or previous employment.
  • B2B marketing is what we are really after too.
  • Copy and Content experience - the applicants will do a written task as part of the interview process
  • Personality, energy and confident communications is essential.
Principal responsibilities:
  • Create, execute, manage, optimise and measure the success of integrated marketing communications
  • campaigns which deliver APCs key objectives, messages and USPs and drive stakeholder engagement
  • Formulate and run measurable campaigns on time, within budget and to a consistent high quality
  • Collect and use data to deliver regular reports of campaign results, including evaluation of KPIs and
  • measurement of the ROI of campaigns and to inform new campaigns
  • Ididentify trends and insights to propose new and improved marketing communications ideas that will help further
  • organisational goals, optimising spend, and performance based on these insights
  • Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral ensuring that brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels it is appropriate for target stakeholders and helps to position the company as a respected authoritywithin their field.
  • To keep up to date a clear set of brand and style guidelines
  • Brief and oversee the work of external agencies, such as designers, writers, animators and printers to deliver the campaign activity
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  • Support the development and delivery of a highly tuned funnel marketing communications strategy
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to build and sustain a rich and compelling
  • content calendar that connects stakeholders with company mission and impact including web
  • stories, blog posts, videos, reports, webinars, infographics, podcasts, social media posts,
  • etc
Dimensions:No budget management or direct reports, but role holder has decision authority on the following:Also responsible for:
  • Marketing communications campaigns and administration
  • Responsible for raising and processing of purchase orders and invoices, ensuring that process is followed, and PO / budget trackers are up to date
  • Responsible for the maintenance and adherence of the brand guidelines across all marketing communications activity
  • Selection of support agencies for individual campaigns
