I am currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Management Accountant for a well backed global manufacturing firm. This is an exciting hands on finance role, that will allow the successful candidate to have a real impact on the business at an operational level.Your Keys responsibilities will include:- Lead month end budget and forecasting processes - Develop KPI reporting and drive month end- Cash flow and working capital stock forecasting- Support new business cases and product launchesPersonal Attributes:- Experience of Manufacturing, costing and BOMs- Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management.- Ability to adapt to a variety of workload.- Flexible in approach.- Strong systems and excel experience- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA, ACMA, CIMA) or Qualified by ExperienceThe organisation is a market leader who operate a hybrid working model 4 days a week in the office .
