Job Description

Management Accountant / Permanent / Coventry / £45,000~ / Hybrid WorkingAccountable Recruitment are working with an organisation based in Coventry to recruit a Management Accountant on permanent basis.Reporting into the Finance Director you will be working on a variety of projects and processes including business analytics, monthly reporting, and budget co-ordination. The role will report Key day to day duties will include:- Proactively understanding the various business divisions and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.- Assist in improving performance management reporting tools. ·- Co-ordinate and support the internal and external audit process for the UK businesses.- Collate and manage the management accounts for dormant/non-trading companies.- Support the Finance Director with the local, divisional, and global reporting, budgeting and forecasting.- Maintain and up-date KPIs.- Assist with the evaluation of divisional performance (debtor profiling, underperforming business analysis).- Assisting with the reviewing and analysis of divisional profit & loss performance. - Provide timely information to the business and various stakeholders.- Evaluate and improve on internal analytical models as required across the various divisions.- Support stakeholders in generating and interpreting business information and using it effectively to make business decisions.- Provide and interpret decision-making information using forecasting techniques, reviewing current and past trends.- Taking the lead in transformational reporting to deliver effective and insightful monthly information. - Undertake various ad hoc tasks as required and participate in both local and global projects.The successful candidate will be:- Part qualified/finalist Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).- Highly competent with data analytics working with large sets of data- Experience of the Exact, Sage or Oracle financial systems- Strong on ExcelFor more information please contact Paul Roberts at Accountable Recruitment.
