Resolute Recruitment are recruiting for a Maintenance Support Assistant for a manufacturing company based in Coventry. This will be a permanent position, within an exciting manufacturing business that are experiencing a lot of growth. Maintenance Support Assistant Location: CoventrySalary: £12.00 - £15.00 per hour The Job: The ability to carry out day to day tasks in a safe and organised manner is required for the Maintenance Support Assistant role. To plan workload efficiently in order to carry out all tasks due in the relevant timeframe For the Maintenance Support Assistance role, you will be carrying out morning checks on compressors at both sites Carry out weekly/biweekly filter changes on extraction units across both sites Carrying out Planned Maintenance on machinery (changing filters, topping up oils and greases, checking items for wear, checking machines safety functions operate correctly) Reporting of any issues found whilst carrying out PMs Bi weekly water temperature checks across all sites for legionella awareness Assisting Maintenance engineers to carry out tasks when needed General facilities maintenance is required for the Maintenance Support Assistance role.Job Requirements: Mechanically mindedhands on Good communication skills Ability to work solo and as part of a team as required Willing to learn and adapt to an ever-changing environment General understanding of mechanical and electrical basics Electrical or mechanical qualification would be ideal but not essential Ability to work safely Forklift / Scissor lift licence ideally but not essential Basic computer skills Health & Safety orientatedShift pattern: MondayThursday 7am15:30pm and 7am12pm on Friday Please click apply, and one of our consultants will give you a call to discuss your application.Resolute Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
