Job Description

Title: Learning Deployment Consultant - 37647Division: HRContract Position based at: Whitley and Home BasedRate: up to £23.30/hr Ltd (c.£18hr PAYE option)Position Description: Learning Deployment ConsultantSkills and Experience Required:

  • Experience working in a similar role in behavioural/skill development delivery or/and design, experience of managing blended learning solutions, knowledge in Learning and Development methodologies (e.g., competencies, adult learning principles)
  • A strong working knowledge and application of 70/20/10 development.
  • Competent in MS software packages and WebEx (including Teams)
  • Resilience and enthusiasm responding constructively to new ideas and inputs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • An effective team player, actively supporting other team members
  • Delivery Skills - be able to facilitate face to face/workshops and virtual sessions (via WebEx /webinar/Teams)
  • Design, curation and maintenance of development resources
  • Excellent communicator (at all levels)
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
Experience Preferred:
  • Experience working with SAP / SuccessFactors would be a real advantage
  • Experience of working in a Learning or HR Team
  • Experience and Licensed to delivery Insights
