Job Description

Lead Data Analyst£38KCoventry Area, West MidlandsThis role offers 3 days working from home per week and 26 days holiday + bank holidays.The company are a recognised British institution and are looking for someone to Lead on Data Analytics and Reporting for their national operation.Key Accountabilities:

  • CRM system - support, development and management
  • Data Analysis & Reporting - provide regular reports and data analysis in order to improve the accuracy and insightfulness of business decisions
  • IT Supervision - ensure the processes and systems in place for the resolution of IT queries are efficient and effective
  • IT Representation - be responsible for ensuring the business decisions are considering the IT Systems
Tech Skills Required:
  • Enterprise relational database experience
    • SQL Server
    • SSRS
    • Oracle Discover
    • Busines Objects
  • Data warehousing
  • End user data transformation
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Exposure to MS 365, SharePoint & Azure
  • Experience working alongside IT support and software development teams
Any experience of the following would be beneficial but non-essential:
  • API understanding
  • Umbraco CMS
  • Power Platform experience (Apps, Automate, BI)
