Job Description

CoventryFull time or part time hours consideredWe are working with an independent, award-winning Lexcel-accredited law firm based in Coventry, who are looking to attract an experienced Law Firm Marketing Manager to work closely with the Managing Director on a day to day basis, lead on all aspects ofmarketing and help to enhance the firm’s brand and increase revenue.The role will involve:

  • Undertaking market research
  • Understanding trends and customer preferences
  • Working with the onboarding team to develop customer experience at every touchpoint
  • Creating marketing strategies and budgets
  • Adapting continuously to new digital opportunities
  • Leading on social media presence
  • Overseeing the creation of marketing materials and content
  • Supporting Department Heads with pricing structure
  • Supporting the MD with tendering opportunities
  • Supporting the department heads with Legal 500 and Chambers submissions
  • Leading on sponsorship/ advertising/ awards and recognition
  • Supporting the MD with press engagements
  • Liaising with outsourced website developers to maintain a modern and evolving website
  • Leading on general marketing campaigns and events
Suitable candidates will have:
  • Previous experience of overseeing and implementing a successful marketing strategy within a law firm (ideally Lexcel accredited)
  • A relevant qualification (degree or equivalent) in marketing
  • An excellent understanding of marketing principles
  • Excellent people management skills
This is a permanent job offered on either a full-time or part-time basis. Please state hours required on application. The role will be predominantly office-based, however some flexibility for home-working may be available part of the week, following an initialtraining and probation period.Benefits include:
