Job Title: L&D Workforce Development OfficerOrganisation: NHSLocation: Remote, but will be required to travel into their Coventry office (and maybe other locations) as and when requiredUntil end of March 2024, must be immediately available.We are working with an NHS organisation who are looking for a passionate Learning & Development candidate to support their L&D function. This will be until the end of March 2024, mainly home based with occasional travel to their Midlands office as and whenrequired.Job DetailsYou will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of personalised development plans (PDP) for the team. You will play a key role in booking and coordinating various courses and training programs, as well as supporting the overall learning and developmentagenda of the organisation.Key Duties- Collaborate with department heads and HR partners to ensure personalised development plans (PDP) are in place for employees at all levels- Coordinate and schedule training courses- Provide administrative support for various learning and development initiatives, including tracking attendance, managing training materials, and handling participant feedback- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to drive the overall training and development strategyExperience Required- Proven experience in learning and development, within the NHS or wider Public Sector-Experience of supporting PDP- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervisionIf you are passionate about learning and development, and you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
