Job Description

Job Title: Junior Finance AnalystWorking Hours: 37 hours per weekAbout the RoleAre you a driven finance professional with a k passion for analysis Were seeking a Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Coventry. In this role, youll play a pivotal part in supporting key business areas including Purchasing, , Stock Control, andmore. Youll have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and make a tangible impact on our financial performance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive month-end processes: Analyse financial data, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Cost analysis and control: Track Bill of Materials (BoM) cost movements, validate cost variations, and support capex spend analysis.
  • Forecasting: Collaborate on resource allocation and overhead forecasting to guide strategic decision-making.
  • ERP systems expertise: Create budget codes in Epicor and maintain spending approval routes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Facilities, and other departments to optimise financial processes.
What Were Looking For:
  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: preferred 3 years in a management accounting role.
  • Qualifications: Actively pursuing ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent Excel proficiency, and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
