Job Description

Our client is now looking for a Junior / Apprentice Editor to join their busy team in Coventry!You will support the content provision and communication of our clients content. To drive awareness of the site and ensure relevance across all digital channels.Alongside this, you will be working towards gaining a recognised Level 3 Junior Content Producer qualification through your Apprenticeship.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am5pm, with an hour lunch break.Junior / Apprentice Editor Duties:

  • Upload relevant content from suppliers and marketing agencies to the platform.
  • Work with Editor to develop and maintain original content to increase credibility.
  • Understand and maintain schedule of campaigns and ensure timely uploading of content.
  • Understand any third party content that can add value.
  • Understand how all social media platforms can interact with the platform.
  • Share relevant content from our client across relevant social media platforms.
  • Develop initiatives to grow social media activity of the company.
  • Measure and feedback media activity to the business.
  • Positively input into internal meetings and to embrace the company values
  • Weekly Meeting with Chairman, Chief Executive and Editor.
As this is an entry-level position, no experience is needed. However basic use of Excel and an understanding of Wordpress is desirable.About the Company:Our client is a digital media platform.The company specialises in the communication to independent retailers across a number of digital platforms.
