Job Description

This role is focused on creating engaging and compelling content to tell the diverse but shared stories of their people. A key element of this role is to develop engaging print and digital content. Their people are located across the UK and around the globeand consume information in different ways, so its expected that you will gather and develop relatable content that can be used in different formats.Client DetailsMy client is a Higher Education Group with a mission of "Creating Better Futures".   • Develop and implement an engagement plan that will enhance the dissemination of our successes and achievements, including quarterly newsletters.
  • Deliver relevant content for a range of media including staff newsletters, Annual Review, the staff portal, Vice-Chancellor Roadshows and other events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and structures that enable a flow of relevant,engaging content from across the Group.
  • Work with colleagues to lead on the development and maintenance of an internal communications toolkit, including templates, newsletters, channels matrix and tone of voice guide.
  • Work as part of the team to develop the staff portal, creating internal communications pages where staff can access up-to-date news and key information related to their roles and the organisation.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to identify and develop internally focused campaigns to support excellent employee relations and engagement.
  • Support staff events as required to ensure maximum engagement.
ProfileA robust knowledge of communications planning and delivery is key. The post-holder will be able to measure staff and stakeholder engagement and use this information to support the ongoing improvement of this area to provide a valued and valuable service.Job Offer
