Job Description

Cedar are supporting a Public Sector client who are urgently needing an Interim Operations Support Manager. This role is on an initial 1 month contract(potential to extend) and offers an hourly rate of £17.50. The role will be predominantly based on-site(potential for some home based working) at the client offices in Coventry. This role is requiring someone who can start immediately (with onboarding should be 1-2 weeks turnaround) so please do not apply if you are not able to join early February 2024.The successful candidate will report into the Head of Operations and will be responsible for supporting the continued design and management of reporting systems and tools - contributing to their input and output. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor producing management information for the senior leadership team and the wider business, where required and producing i.e. Operations Balanced Scorecard and back up information, and various Operations Reports.Candidates applying MUST HAVE:

  • Experience operating in a similar role, ideally in the UK Public Sector would be advantageous
  • Strong background and understanding of using Microsoft Excel
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills
