Job Description

You will work with them in the community to address and improve their needs and make their tenancy a success. This will involve direct support and working with multiple partner agencies to address issues and improve life difficulties.Excellent communication skills will be vital to this role. As well as supporting customers, you will take the lead for Orbit at Multi Agency meetings and must be able to communicate effectively with internal teams. You will be focused on improving customer experience and influencing colleagues to support and engage with you.We are looking for a dynamic, resilient individual who can make an impact and change the customer lifestyle.What will help you make a difference.

  • Proven experience of working with vulnerable individuals with multiple issues, specifically those with mental health conditions. Be able to take the lead in referrals to crisis teams, Tenancy Services and / or police if required.
  • Ability to handle a complex caseload and deliver a range of outcomes.
  • Firm, empathetic approach to work, and relationship building experience with customers, partner agencies and key internal stakeholders.
  • Experience of working with multi agency; Police, County Council, Children’s Services, Families First and Adult Services, Prisons, Probations, Community Mental Health, Harm Reduction Unit and Voluntary sector.
  • Courage to challenge and support customers to improve
