You will work with them in the community to address and improve their needs and make their tenancy a success. This will involve direct support and working with multiple partner agencies to address issues and improve life difficulties.Excellent communication skills will be vital to this role. As well as supporting customers, you will take the lead for Orbit at Multi Agency meetings and must be able to communicate effectively with internal teams. You will be focused on improving customer experience and influencing colleagues to support and engage with you.We are looking for a dynamic, resilient individual who can make an impact and change the customer lifestyle.What will help you make a difference.
