Job Description

HR Systems ManagerInterim - 5 Months InitiallyLocation:West MidlandsRate: £500 - £700The OrganisationDo you love working with systemsDo you have experience of working on large complex businessesDo you have expertise within SuccessFactorsThis is a business that has a great reputation and is going throughlots of Change & transformation. This is also a business where people enjoy working, the culture is people focussed and they also have some very interestingchangeroles including this one!This business has an interim requirement for a HR systems / Technology lead who will take ownership of the subset of SuccessFactors modules and working in partnership with the Centres of Expertise.HR Systems Manager - Key Objectives

  • Understand business requirements and develop functionality
  • Providing expertise on application capabilities
  • Making recommendations towards improvements and adoption of new features
  • Resolve longer term issues with the performance process
  • Solve immediate reporting issues from SuccessFactors and provide solutions across their assigned Modules.
  • Advise and build support cases or solutions as appropriate.
  • Supporting release management by analysing release notes, identifying impacts and recommending new features
  • Assessing requests for future enhancements
  • Document and advise on improvements for the underlying core HR data and data feeds into SuccessFactors.
HR Systems Manager - Experience Required
  • Understand SuccessFactors with strong technological experience
  • Significant experience of working with large complex systems with complex business structures.
  • Have exceptional stakeholder management experience and be able to influence at all levels
  • Ideally you will also have experience within a Shared Services environment
