As an integral member of the HR team, the post holder will take responsibility for HR administration within their respective Academies, undertaking duties across a range of HR activities including: recruitment and selection to include handling all administration relating to holding assessment events and onboarding; liaising with Payroll and using Resourcelink; and data management and reporting including sickness absence tracking.Responsibilities will include ensuring HR documentation and processes are compliant with regulations and internal policies and procedures, particularly with regard to safer recruiting, and you will be expected to give first level advice regarding these.To maintain regular and effective communications with a wide range of academy and central team colleagues maintaining appropriate confidentiality at all times.
